GENERAL INFORMATION

FORWARD SUSPENSION BRACKET

Course instability of the car:

  – wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – spherical hinges of steering drafts are worn-out.

Hard steering:


  – wrong installation of forward wheels;
  – low pressure in tires.

Beating of wheels or vibration:

  – the wheel is not balanced;
  – the wheel is deformed;
  – wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – the forward rack is faulty;
  – weak spring of a forward suspension bracket.

Car inclination at turns and braking:


  – the rack of a forward suspension bracket is faulty;
  – weak spring of a forward suspension bracket.

Squeal of tires on turns:
    

  – wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – pressure in tires does not meet standard.

Uneven wear of tires:

  – pressure in tires does not meet standard;
  – wrong installation of corners of forward wheels;
  – the hug bearing is worn-out.

BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET


Course instability
of the car:

  – the rack is faulty;
  – weak spring of a suspension bracket;
  – the hug bearing is worn-out or incorrectly adjusted;
  – the suspension bracket lever plug is worn-out.

STEERING


Rigid steering:

  – there is not enough lubricant in steering transfer;
  – jamming in the spherical hinge of steering draft;
  – jamming of the spherical hinge of the lower lever.

The increased side play of a steering wheel:

  – wear of spherical hinges of steering draft;
  – wear of teeths of a gear lath.

STEERING WITH THE AMPLIFIER

The main malfunctions same, as well as in steering without amplifier plus the following:

Hard management:

  – pro-slipping of a belt of the drive of the pump of the amplifier;
  – availability of air in a hydraulic system of the amplifier;
  – wrong installation of corners of forward wheels.

Noisy operation of the pump:

  – the pulley on the pump is not fixed;
  – leaks in a hydraulic system;
  – low level of liquid in a tank.
