5.16.7. Sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (SPFI)

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and, using an ohmmeter, check resistance between contacts And yes Century.
2. At completely closed butterfly valve resistance has to be equal 0, and at completely open butterfly valve resistance has to be equal to infinity.
3. For adjustment of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve, weaken screws of fastening and turn the sensor.
4. Insert an edge of the probe (1) 0,31 mm thick between the lock screw in the case of a throttle and the limiter and check that resistance between contacts And yes In equally 0.
5. Insert an edge of the probe 0,79 mm thick between the lock screw in the case of a throttle and the limiter and check that resistance between contacts And yes In equal infinity.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and using an ohmmeter check resistance between contacts of B and D and after opening of a butterfly valve contacts With and Century.
2. Between contacts In and the D resistance 3,5–6,5 kOhm have to make.
3. Between contacts In and From resistance there have to be less than 1,0 kOhm at completely closed butterfly valve, and 2,4 kOhm at completely open butterfly valve.
4. When moving a butterfly valve from closed in completely open situation resistance by contacts In and With has to increase gradually.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Apply combination tags on the case of a throttle and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and unscrew bolts of fastening of the sensor.
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor.
4. Remove the sensor, having pulled it with in the axial direction from an axis of a butterfly valve.
5. Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal, at the same time it is necessary to establish a new sealing ring and to combine the sensor with an axis of a butterfly valve.
