6.2.11. Replacement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid

GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid

The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (it is specified by an arrow) is located on a pipe under an inlet collector.

Prevention

You make replacement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid on the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge 2–3 l of cooling liquid from a radiator.
2. Remove the electric socket from the sensor and unscrew the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
3. Before installation of the new sensor wind a sensor carving with a teflon tape for sealing.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Add cooling liquid in the cooling system.
