9.2.3. Working cylinder of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Lift the car and record on supports.
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove a hydraulic hose from the working cylinder of coupling. Merge brake fluid in a suitable container.
4. Unscrew bolts and remove the working cylinder of coupling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the working cylinder of coupling on a coupling case. Check that the pusher was established in dredging of a fork of switching off of coupling.
2. Using new sealing washers, connect a hydraulic hose to the working cylinder of coupling.
3. Fill the main cylinder of coupling with brake fluid.
4. Remove air from hydraulic system of coupling.
5. Lower the car and connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
