GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of the switch of blocking of a starter on a coupling pedal

The switch of blocking of a starter on a pedal of coupling is located on an arm in the top part of a pedal of coupling.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For check of the switch disconnect the electric socket from the switch and connect an ohmmeter to contacts of the switch and check that when pressing a pedal of coupling contacts of the switch become isolated, and at installation of a pedal of coupling in a starting position contacts of the switch are disconnected.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch unscrew a nut of fastening of the switch and take the switch from an arm.

2. At installation of the new switch establish an adjusting nut at the same distance from the switch case, as well as on earlier removed switch.

3. Install the switch in an arm and fix by a nut.

4. Check operation of the switch and, in need of adjustment, rotating adjusting and adjusting nuts, adjust position of the switch.

5. Connect the electric socket to the switch.
