3.16.22. Assembly of sections of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of sections of the block of cylinders.
2. Establish a sealing ring of round section and a basic ring in the left section of the block of cylinders.
3. Apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surfaces of sections of the block of cylinders (in the drawing on the right – places of putting sealant).
4. Establish the right section of the block of cylinders on left and screw in bolts of fastening of the right section, having tightened their moment from 18 to 28 Nanometers.
5. Arrange the block of cylinders horizontally and screw in bolts of fastening of the left section of the block of cylinders.
6. Tighten bolts of fastening of the right section the required moment in three stages from the center to the periphery. Then tighten bolts of fastening of the left section the required moment in three stages from the center to the periphery.
7. Establish a back sealing ring of a bent shaft.
8. Check that the forward sealing ring of a bent shaft is established in a casing of the oil pump.
