Compressor of the air conditioning system

The compressor of the air conditioning system is installed on the forward left side of a motor compartment and is given by a belt from a pulley of a bent shaft. Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Discharge the air conditioning system. |
| 2. Weaken the mechanism of a tension of a driving belt and remove a driving compressor belt. On later models before removal of the compressor remove the generator. |

3. Having unscrewed fastening bolts (are specified by an arrow), disconnect pipes of supply of coolant to the compressor. |
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket from the compressor. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts and remove the compressor. |

Installation
Prevention
At installation of the new compressor it is necessary to establish a new receiver / dehumidifier also.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. At installation of the new compressor merge oil from the old compressor in a measuring test tube. Fill in the same amount of new oil in the new compressor. |
| 2. Install the compressor and fix by bolts. |
| 3. Connect coolant pipes to the compressor, previously having established new sealing rings and having oiled them. |
| 4. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
