Stoplight switch arrangement

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the electric socket from the stoplight switch and connect an ohmmeter to contacts of the switch. |
| 2. Check that at the released brake pedal contacts of the switch of a stoplight are opened, and when pressing a pedal of a brake contacts of the switch become isolated. |

Adjustment
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check height of installation and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake. |
|
2. For adjustment of height of a pedal of a brake disconnect the electric socket from the stoplight switch, weaken a lock-nut of fastening of the switch and, rotating the switch, establish brake pedal height (height of installation of a pedal of a brake is measured from a partition of a motor compartment). |
| 3. Connect the electric socket to the stoplight switch and check operation of the switch. |
| 4. For adjustment of a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake weaken a lock-nut on a pusher of a brake and, rotating a pusher, establish the required free wheeling then tighten a lock-nut (see rice. The provision of a pedal of a brake at adjustment of a free wheeling). |

5. For adjustment of position of the switch of a stoplight weaken a lock-nut of the switch and, turning the switch, adjust its situation so that the plunger acted from the switch on 1–3 mm. Tighten a lock-nut. |

Replacement
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the electric socket from the stoplight switch. |
| 2. Unscrew a lock-nut of the switch and unscrew the switch from an arm. |
| 3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. If necessary adjust position of the switch of a stoplight. |
