10.8. Main brake cylinder

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect the electric socket from a tank with brake fluid.
2. Uncover a tank of the brake system and, using the syringe, pump out brake fluid.
3. Mark the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder.
	4. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes.
5. Close the ends of tubes the corresponding traffic jams.
	6. Unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying.
7. Take the main brake cylinder from a motor compartment of the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation of the main brake cylinder fill in in it brake fluid and remove air for what fix the main brake cylinder in a vice and close exhaust outlets of the main brake cylinder carving traffic jams.

2. Fill in pure brake fluid in a tank.

3. Unscrew one stopper and, moving the piston in the main brake cylinder, squeeze out from it air.

4. Before an otpuskaniye of the piston screw in into place a carving stopper.

5. Repeat operation on removal of air until the opening does not come out only pure brake fluid without vials of air. Repeat operation on removal of air from the main brake cylinder on the second exhaust outlet.

6. Further installation of the main brake cylinder is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Remove air from the hydraulic brake system.
