Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and remove the transmission.

2. Using a marker or paint, note the provision of the leading knot of coupling in relation to a flywheel.

3. Gradually in the diagonal sequence, weaken bolts of fastening of the leading knot of coupling, turning each bolt on a half of a turn until it is terminated a spring, and bolts can be unscrewed manually.

4. Remove the leading knot of coupling and a clutch plate from a flywheel.

5. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. Apply combination tags on a flywheel and a bent shaft.

6. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with the mechanical transmission check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath.
2. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put tags and fix by bolts.
3. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye and finally tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
4. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
