Repair and operation of the car

In order that your car was in a fine state, it is necessary to carry out its maintenance periodically. Service needs to be made as it is constant, and through certain intervals which are given below. If the car is operated under trying conditions (the movement in the dusty area, towage of the trailer, frequent work idling and the movement with small speeds or on small distance, operation at low temperatures), then it is necessary to reduce service intervals.

Weekly or each 400 km

Check the following elements:

 – level of engine oil in the engine;
 – level of cooling liquid;
 – level of brake fluid;
 – availability of liquid in a windshield washer reservoir;
 – tires and pressure in tires.

Each 5 000 km or 3 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

 – check oil level in the amplifier of steering;
 – check oil level in the automatic transmission;
 – replace engine oil and an oil filter.

Each 12 000 km or 6 months (that will come earlier)

Execute the following operations:

 – check a condition of the accumulator;
 – check a condition of the cooling system;
 – check a condition of all hoses;
 – check and, if necessary, replace brushes of screen wipers;
 – balance wheels and trade their places;
 – check a condition of a suspension bracket and steering;
 – check a condition of the exhaust system;
 – believe oil level in the mechanical transmission;
 – believe oil level in forward and back differential;
 – believe a condition of seat belts.

Each 25 000 km or 12 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to all points stated above execute the following:

 – check a condition of the brake system;
 – check a condition of fuel system;
 – replace the fuel filter;
 – check a state and, if necessary, adjust a tension of driving belts;
 – check height of installation of a pedal of coupling and operation of the emergency brake.

Each 50 000 km or 24 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to all points stated above perform the following operations:

 – replace spark plugs on the engine of 2,2 l;
 – check a condition of high-voltage wires;
 – check and, if necessary, adjust idling turns;
 – replace the air filter and the filter of ventilation of a case;
 – check a condition of system of ventilation of a case;
 – check system of catching of vapors of fuel;
 – check the valve of system of repeated combustion of the fulfilled gases;
 – serve the cooling system (merge, wash out and fill in new cooling liquid);
 – replace brake fluid;
 – replace oil and the filter in the automatic transmission;
 – replace oil in the mechanical transmission;
 – replace oil in differentials.

Each 100 000 km or 48 months (that will come earlier)

Execute the following operations:

 – replace spark plugs on the engine of 2,5 l;
 – check a condition of lobbies and back wheel bearings;
 – replace a gear belt on the engine of 2,2 l.

Each 160 000 km or 72 months (that will come earlier)

Execute the following operations:

 – check and if it is necessary, adjust gaps of valves on models since 1997;
 – replace a gear belt on engines of 2,5 l.

If the car is operated in the mountain area or in the city at a temperature exceeding 32 °C or with frequent towage of the trailer, replace oil in the automatic transmission and differential each 25 000 km of a run.
