5.16. Check and replacement of elements of system of injection of fuel

5.16.1. Throttle case

GENERAL INFORMATION

Case of a throttle of system of injection (SPFI)

1 – inlet air hose
2 – diffuser
3 – air supply adjustment valve
4 – pressure regulator
5 – sensor of provision of a butterfly valve
6 – laying
7 – arm
8 – hose of ventilation of a case
9 – valve of ventilation of a case
10 – hose of ventilation of a case

Removal
Prevention

Removal of the case of a throttle needs to be made on the cold engine.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
3. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve.
4. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses and hoses of supply of cooling liquid from the throttle case (collars of fastening of hoses are specified by shooters).
5. Unscrew 4 bolts (are specified by shooters) fastenings of the case of a throttle and remove the throttle case together with laying from an inlet collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a soft brush, clear the throttle case, then blow all channels compressed air.
2. Installation of the case of a throttle is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
